These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Finia ERP, including this website and the application at app.finiaerp.com. By using Finia ERP you accept these Terms and our Personal Data Processing Policy.
1. Purpose
Finia ERP is a financial suite for small and medium businesses and accountants in Colombia, composed of automatic bank reconciliation, WhatsApp-based accounts receivable collection, and a multi-tenant accounting ERP. Some products are on a waitlist or in private beta; their availability and scope may change while they are under development.
2. Accounts
You must provide truthful information when creating your account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity carried out under your account and for ensuring that your company's (tenant's) users comply with these Terms.
3. Plans and payments
Finia ERP offers a free plan with initial reconciliation credits, a recurring paid Pro plan, and a service plan ("We do it for you") provided by our team. Current prices are published in the pricing section of this website and may change with prior notice. Products on the waitlist or in beta (accounts receivable collection, accounting ERP) are not charged while in that stage.
4. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data and accounting information you upload to the application. You grant us the license necessary to store, process, and display that information for the purpose of providing you the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial and accounting information you enter.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," to the maximum extent permitted by law. Finia ERP does not warrant that the service will be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finia ERP's total liability to a user for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount paid by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable rights of the consumer under Colombian law.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of misuse, breach of these Terms, or legal or security risk to the platform or to third parties.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from use of the service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules that apply in your place of residence.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website, the application, or by email when reasonably possible. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
